We provide comfort and dignity to people living with dementia in the comfort of their own homes. Patients who need short-term intensive care can stay at our Levine Home, located at our Dementia Care and Education Campus in central Phoenix. Although the loving caregivers and volunteers here have special training in dementia care, the Levine Home serves all patients in need of exceptional round-the-clock care, in addition to those with a dementia diagnosis.
Prior to March 2023, patients living with dementia were cared for at Gardiner Home in central Phoenix. When it opened in 1995, it was the only free-standing palliative and hospice home nationwide. Gardiner Home then transitioned to providing specialized care for people who were living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
